Two kinds of things are sold on obris.co, and they refund differently. Obris Audit reports are final on purchase. Digital products come with a money-back guarantee you can claim yourself. Both rules are stated here and at the point of purchase.
An Obris Audit is work performed the moment you order it. The report is the deliverable, so once it has been produced there is nothing to return, and audit purchases are not refundable. This is shown at checkout before you pay.
If an audit could not be produced at all (for example the site could not be reached), you are refunded in full. Email refunds@obris.co.
Every digital product in the shop (the Claude Skills Library, its category bundles, the n8n Workflow Library, and anything else sold as a download) is covered by a 7-day money-back guarantee. If it is not right for you, you get your money back in full. You do not have to give a reason and nobody will ask for one.
How to claim it. Your thank-you page and the README inside your download both carry a Refund your order link. Open it, confirm, and the refund is issued to your original card straight away. It usually shows on your statement within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank. If you cannot find the link, email refunds@obris.co with your receipt and a person will issue it.
What happens after. Your download link stops working once the refund goes through. Anything you bought earlier and kept is still yours.
The 7 days run from the moment of purchase. Refunds requested after the window cannot be issued automatically; email refunds@obris.co and it will be looked at by a person.
Agency services are covered by your written service agreement, not by this page.
