What the six month duration claim actually means
In the SAKURA trials, half of participants still had none or only mild frown lines at around twenty four weeks. That is where six months comes from. It is a median, not a promise: a smaller group held results closer to nine months, and others were back for a top up well before six. The approval studies did not compare it head to head against other products, so any longer lasting claim is drawn across separate trials.

How it is formulated
