Google Ads

Google Adsfor medical aesthetics practices

We're a paid-search team for medi-spas, plastic surgery practices, and cosmetic dermatology. Local campaigns built by service and intent, compliant ad copy, dedicated landing pages, weekly optimization — measured against the only number that matters: cost per new patient booked.

Why it matters

Paid search is the fastest patient-acquisition lever a medical aesthetics practice has. If SEO is the slow compounding build, Google Ads is the volume faucet.

Disclaimer

on every before/after image in every ad creative — the same Individual Results Vary language Google Ads requires.

Fast

to first inquiries — paid search drives calls and form fills well before SEO compounds. No long ramp.

Named

board citations on every credential claim. "Board Certified by the [Full Board Name]" — never the abbreviated claim.

HIPAA

compliant targeting only — service intent and geography. No condition- or medication-based audiences.

How Obris Launch does it differently

Medical paid search has rules other verticals don't. We've built the practice around running the line between compliance and performance.

Targeting that respects the law

No PHI-adjacent audiences. No condition-based remarketing. No user-level health-status tracking. Service intent and geography — the line medical paid search has to stay on.

Aesthetics-vertical creative

Meta and Google have health-category restrictions on before/after imagery in ads — even with patient consent. We build creatives in the approved formats by default: lifestyle imagery, treatment-room scenes, treatment-product close-ups. Before/after stays on your site, not in the ad unit.

Cost per new patient, not CPA

We report the metric you actually care about. Clicks and cost-per-click are inputs. New patients booked is the outcome.

Landing pages included

Dedicated PPC landing pages are part of the tier — not a line-item add-on. Matching messaging converts 2–3x higher than sending paid traffic to a generic practice page.

Questions practices ask

What's a typical budget?
Medi-spa: $1,500–$3,500/mo ad spend typical for a single-location practice. Plastic surgery: $3,000–$8,000/mo for surgical-tier procedures. Cosmetic dermatology: $1,000–$2,500/mo. Ad spend is separate from the Obris Launch subscription.
When will I see results?
Calls and form fills usually start within 24–72 hours. Cost-per-new-patient stabilizes after 30 days once Google's learning phase completes. Optimization wins happen month-over-month from there.
Can I pause anytime?
Yes. Google Ads is on/off at will. We recommend 90-day minimum commitments for learning + optimization, but nothing is contractually locked.
Do you manage Meta / Facebook Ads too?
Yes, on request. Meta Ads for medical is a separate tier option due to stricter policy (especially for medi-spa). Ask at intake.
Who owns the ad account?
You do. We work inside your Google Ads Manager account (or create one in your name if needed). If you leave, the account and data stay with you.

Google Ads is Premium tier only.

Paid search requires a minimum operational depth to not waste money. The Premium tier ($5,995 setup + $999/mo) covers full campaign management. Ad spend is separate and paid directly to Google.
