Email marketingfor medical aesthetics practices

We're an email marketing team for medi-spas, plastic surgery practices, and cosmetic dermatology. Welcome, reminders, post-visit, post-treatment nurture, reactivation, reviews, referrals, birthday, seasonal — written for your practice voice, sent under a signed BAA, consent baked into every signup. The patients you've already earned keep coming back.

The work

A complete lifecycle email program for medical aesthetics, written for your practice voice and live on your account within two weeks.

01
New-patient welcome (3 emails)
Day 0 confirmation, day 1 practice intro, day-before-visit reminder. Reduces no-shows by up to 30%.
02
Consultation + appointment flows
Confirmation + reminders + reschedule path. Keeps the schedule full without front-desk calls.
03
No-show recovery (2 emails)
Gentle rebook nudge + 7-day follow-up. Recaptures up to 40% of missed appointments.
04
Post-visit + review request
Thank-you sequence with a compliant Google review ask. No review-gating, no FTC exposure.
05
Post-treatment nurture (4 emails)
The 10-day post-Botox / 30-day post-filler / 6-week post-laser windows where rebook conversion peaks. The highest-ROI sequence for aesthetic practices — and the one most easily missed without aesthetics-specific timing.
06
Reactivation (3 emails)
Dormant-patient win-back at the aesthetics-vertical cadence (90 days post-neurotoxin, 180 days post-laser, 365 days post-surgery).
07
Seasonal + birthday + referral
Compliant seasonal promos, birthday touches, and a quarterly referral ask for satisfied patients.

Why it matters

Email is the highest-ROI marketing channel for medical aesthetics practices. Reactivation alone often pays for Obris Launch in a month.

Consent

baked into every signup form. The list you grow is one you can actually email.

30%

of patients who booked once never return — until a reactivation email reaches them.

0 PHI

in subject lines or body copy. Subject lines and previews render in inbox preview — PHI there is a reportable breach.

BAA

signed with MailerLite before any patient list is loaded. Not optional.

How Obris Launch does it differently

Email for medical practices has constraints most email work doesn't. We design around them from the start.

Built for medical from the first send

No PHI in subject lines, previews, or body. No condition- or procedure-specific segments. Every signup form collects explicit consent — never bundled, never implied.

Real copy, not templates

Written for your practice voice, not a generic medical template. Tone-checked against your brand guidelines.

You approve everything

Every sequence is yours to edit before it goes live. Nothing sends to a patient without your review.

Questions practices ask

Can I edit the emails?
Yes. Every sequence is editable in your MailerLite account. Most clients approve as-is and tweak subject lines occasionally.
What if patients unsubscribe?
They're suppressed per CAN-SPAM law. You'll see unsubscribe counts in monthly reports. A healthy medical list sees 0.1–0.3% unsubscribe per send.
Do I need my own patient list?
You bring the list (from your practice management system or EHR export). We set up segmentation and consent tracking. No list = we can still do welcome + review + contact-form sequences without one.
What about appointment reminders via email?
Appointment confirmations are transactional (acceptable without explicit marketing consent) but still go through the same BAA-covered send. Day-and-time details are permitted; procedure names are not.
Can you write to my specific patient types?
Yes — we segment by service interest, visit frequency, and lifecycle stage. We do NOT segment by diagnosis, medication, or condition (that would be PHI-based segmentation and is not permitted).

Email is included in every Obris Launch tier.

Starter includes 3 core flows (welcome, review, reactivation). Growth adds seasonal + referral. Premium adds birthday, custom segmentation, and advanced reporting.
